So one of my many interests is food. While I love food, staying healthy is very important to me. I enjoy trying new places to eat, new things, broadening my palette. The same goes for workouts. So with this page, I am going to highlight more things related to working out, foods, maybe some recipes here and there. I will tag them “fins-and-forks” to make them easier to find on my page.
