Cirque du Soleil is returning to Tampa Bay! Varekai will be taking over Amalie Arena from August 5-9 for 8 shows.
We here at the Second Blog to the Right have become huge Cirque du Soleil fans & are very excited to be working with them again for a new experience! (P.S. Make sure you come back here after the show to find out what we thought about it!)
Varekai premiered in 2002 and has been performed in over 150 cities worldwide. Just like every other Cirque show, Varekai brings along the magic & mystery in addition to the amazing performances we know & love.
The word Varekai (pronounced ver·ay·’kie) means “wherever” in the Romany language of the gypsies—the universal wanderers.
